Run or Walk a Mile Backwards to Fundraise For Us?

Are you looking for something slightly fun and quirky to raise some money?

FMA UK are offering places to fund-raise for us at two unique backward run/walk events.

Entrants can choose to either walk or run the whole course backwards, so there is a challenge for everyone from the fitness enthusiast to someone looking for a great fun idea to get fit or lose weight, (participants will burn a third more calories as running or walking forwards).

London Backward Fun Run and Walk - Crystal Palace Park, London, Sunday 17th July 2011

The one kilometre/1 mile scenic courses are on wide, pot-hole free paths and there will be plenty of marshals to make sure there are no mishaps.  Both locations are easily accessible by public transport and have plenty of parking spaces.

Entrants should find it easy to raise sponsorship, given the unique and awe-inspiring nature of the event.  There is a t-shirt and medal for all participants.

The charity run is limited to 250 entrants so enter now to avoid disappointment.
