Group Leaders Meeting Cancelled

The meeting takes place on the 30^th October 2010, with a Trustees and RC's meeting taking place on the 31^st October. The venue for this year's meeting will be the same as last year at ChristChurch , Stourbridge (well Lye really). We have a very pleasant church and hall. There is free parking close by and the nearest rail station is only a 5 minute walk away.

A draft agenda will be placed here as soon as possible but we would appreciate your input on what you would like. We will have reports from the Trustees and raffle tickets.We are trying to obtain a speaker for part of the meeting. We may have to decide this years Christmas card designs online or by email as it may be too late to decide by the time this meeting has occurred.

Could all groups please register your interest for attending the meeting using this form. Even if you are not attending it would really help  us if you could fill in the form to let us know.

Travel

• Train
  Birminham Moor Street to Stourbridge Junction takes about 30 - 40 mins and no changes. 5 to 6 minute taxi journey to Office or Church.
  Birminham New Street to Lye Station takes about 40 mins and requires one change. 2 minute taxi journey to Church and 5 minutes walking from Lye station. Office is 5 minutes taxi and 19 minutes walking from Lye station.
  
  Birmingham Moor street is a 10 minute walk from Birmingham New Street.
• Bus / Car
