Important information for the parent or guardian of a child who has FM symptoms.

nfaLogo

The National Fibromyalgia Association is conducting a juvenile fibromyalgia survey to better understand how this disorder impacts the quality of life of children. Results from this survey will be used by the NFA to develop resources specific to children with FM, and will also be shared with researchers to help them gain a better scientific understanding of this disorder.

If you are a parent or guardian of a child with fibromyalgia symptoms, please take a few minutes and fill out this important survey. Your participation can make the difference in helping children with FM live a better quality of life. If you know someone who is the parent or guardian of a child with fibromyalgia symptoms, please direct them to this site so they can also participate in the survey.

Anyone wanting to take part in the survey can access it here. We would like to thank the NFA for sharing their information with us and hope we can help them with their research.
